Welcome to our first ever blog post! We’re Balanced PR, a team of dedicated and passionate PR, marketing & content specialists – and we can’t wait to share more with you about our vision, team, clients and services.
Covering both the UK and Dubai, our international PR agency was founded in 2023 by Lucy Hilson. We’re the sister company of Cosmetic PR; the award-winning medical, aesthetic PR agency who’ve worked with everyone from ‘Botched’s Dr Paul Nassif to Caroline Brooks; star of ‘Real Housewives of Dubai’… and InMode UK; helping the team grow brand awareness of their now infamous treatments, including Morpheus8.
We’re looking forward to putting our almost 2 decades worth of experience working within the industry (Lucy’s love for PR started when she was working in wellness / spa PR, prior to launching her own successful business) into good use, helping brands across the globe increase their online visibility, sales and customers.

Balanced PR: Our Founder
Balanced was founded by business woman and marketing expert Lucy Hilson, who has over 18 years worth of experience working in PR and digital marketing. Lucy is an award-winning PR expert, aesthetics business consultant, founder of Cosmetic PR UK & Dubai, public speaker and judge at top industry awards – and you can trust her and her dedicated team of passionate experts to deliver real results.
Over the past 18 years, Lucy has worked for some of the world’s leading beauty, and wellness brands – taking many from small start up businesses to industry-leaders and household names.
With a true passion and understanding of the industry, Lucy’s knowledge and expertise has led to her being featured in numerous publications including GLAMOUR, Metro, Aesthetics Journal, Aesthetic Medicine, Professional Beauty, Health & Wellbeing Magazine and House of Coco’s #GirlBoss issue.
